About Mr. Tim A. Pribisco, Jr.

Tim has tried over 30 jury trials ranging from first degree misdemeanors to capital felonies. In 2016, Tim was assigned to the prosecution and trial of a 31-count white collar securities fraud case in Flagler County.

Tim grew up in Hollywood, Florida, yet his dreams of playing professional football led him to Bridgewater, VA. There, he joined the Division III powerhouse Bridgewater College, only to suffer a knee injury that would end any chance he had at football fame. For this former football player, the only logical next step was to pursue law school. After graduating from Bridgewater College with a degree in International Studies in 2008, Tim returned to Florida to attend Florida Coastal School of Law, where he participated as both a competitor and board member of the Mock Trial Team. In 2011, Tim graduated cum laude from Florida Coastal School of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar.

Daytona Beach Criminal Trial & Drug Crime Lawyer

After a brief stint in civil private practice, Tim accepted a position as an Assistant State Attorney in Daytona Beach, FL, and was quickly promoted to a felony docket in Flagler County. Once there, he worked closely with the Special Investigations Unit of the Flagler County Sheriff's Office, who investigated drug and vice crimes. Tim finished his five-year career at the State Attorney’s Office as the Career Criminal prosecutor in St. Johns County, where he prosecuted sex crimes, firearms offenses, and repeat offenders. During his service as an Assistant State Attorney, Tim tried over 30 jury trials ranging from first degree misdemeanors to capital felonies. In recognition of his success as a trial attorney, Tim was awarded the Top Gun Trial Award by the State Attorney’s Office and the Law Enforcement Commendation Medal by the Sons of the American Revolution.

Tim is married to Emily, who serves as an attorney for the 7th Circuit’s Guardian Ad Litem Program, and has two sons, Elijah and Hank. When Tim is not busy working hard for his clients, he spends his time fishing, keeping his golf balls away from hazards, and trying to play guitar like Jimi Hendrix.
