Eric Latinsky is of counsel to the Firm and provides a wealth of experience, particularly in appellate and administrative law matters. Eric’s battles with the Florida Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles have taken him all the way to the Florida Supreme Court. He has won massive victories for drivers’ rights, including the landmark decision in Dep't of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles v. Pelham, 979 So.2d 304, 306 (Fla. 5th DCA 2008) review denied, 984 So.2d 519 (Fla. 2008). Eric’s representation of local legend 'Prince Mongo' of the Planet Zambodia has earned him an ambassadorship to that planet. When not assisting displaced intergalactic rulers, Eric serves as the Firm’s legal research guru with the most WestLaw hours logged ever, and also serves as Aaron’s eccentric older brother from Canada/mentor.

In addition to being a lawyer, Eric is a proud husband and father who enjoys golf and jogging. He was active in the Cuong Nhu Oriental Martial Arts Association and eventually earned a black belt and first dan.
